These cue stickers reinforce some of the core fundamentals every improving player needs: positioning, preparation, footwork, and mindset.
Stick them on your paddle edgeguard (recommended), water bottle, journal, or bag so the reminder is there to help focus your attention and when the brain wants to revert to old habits.

Lower body = better control, balance, and consistency.

70% of all rallies at this level end by the time the 5th ball is hit. Focus on consistency early in the rally.
Step Back And React
Work on giving yourself more time (and balance) to react to the ball by letting the ball bounce when necessary or advantageous. Then choose your next shot wisely.
PRO TIP: Remember to look at your stickers frequently, say them out loud to yourself, and quickly visualize yourself doing and being your cue words!
